Participants may request full extraction or deletion of their contact records at any time via our primary contact channel.

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a confirmed enrollment request. We reserve the right to vet applicants for technical prerequisite compatibility.

Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee or credit for future sessions.
Training is provided by an independent educational operator. While we use industry-standard tools for demonstration, this training is not officially endorsed by any software vendor.
